Prayer request (27 June 2003)
Dear friends and partners,
We are entering a time of very intense activity and we want to ask for your prayer support in a special way for the next several weeks.
Today we start 3 days of evangelistic meetings with Bro. Walter Kronberg - finally in Suceava after 9 years! In 1994 we had a two week tent crusade in Suceava, and it's the first time he comes back! Pray with us for many to be saved and touched by GOD!
Next week we'll load our camp equipment to a big truck and go to Brasov area (the middle of the country - about 400 km. from Suceava) and get ready for the Youth camp that will start on July 4 - until the 12th. Already about 350 people from all over the country confirmed their participation - pray for a time of worship, motivation, sound teaching, personal ministry, fellowship - and more than anything else - everything happening there to be for God's glory!
Than we move the camp to Voronet - for two weeks of children/teenager camps. This year we'll cooperate with several other ministries, offering the possibility to interact with the children we work with, from orphanages, villages where we do evangelism and poor families. So we'll have children from Constanta, Medgidia (Turkish), Bistrita, Bucharest, Iasi, Brasov - trying to encourage the ministries who work with children. As most of these children/teens don't know the Lord - please make it a priority in your prayers. Also, pray for the staff of the camp, it is really 24 hrs/day hard work, good weather (very good for Romania now would be a few days of rain, as everything is very dry!), protection from natural disasters and bad people - and may God's will be fulfilled in those camps!
