News from Romania... (July 2007)
Dear Friends and Partners,
Greetings again! I hope I'm not too insistent with my messages, but since I asked you to pray for the concert, I thought it would be good to say a few words about it.
The concert went very well - around 500 people showed up, many of them would've never entered an evangelical church. Even if they tried, there would be no chance to be allowed inside, the way they were dressed and pierced!!! It was a powerful proclamation of the Gospel using their language - spiritual "hip -hop" music, very well received. The testimony of the band leader, saved from injected heroin, brought tears to many eyes! Our young people did a powerful drama - showing how Jesus can save from different addictions.
The banner in the back says "Drugs kill - Jesus saves - What do you choose?" We planted a Seed, and we pray for it to grow and bring fruit. I attached some pictures.

P.S. The cost of the event was about $1,500 – but some people helped us with $400 –so we ended up paying about $1,100 –but it was all worth it! (The US$ is at one of the lowest values in the last 7 years, compared with Romanian currency, and it’s going down)
