Gareth & Ruth Ayling interviewed by Ros Wheble, finding out more about their work in Japan.
Ros has known them for many years and has worked with them in Japan for many years. More recently Ros has helped run the guest house in Japan while Gareth & Ruth took time out for family weddings.
Gareth lights the first candle of Advent.
Gareth shared with us about what life was like for Christians in modern day Japan and of the extreme pressure felt by many parts of Japanese society to work very hard for the greater good of the the community.
